Our service is transparent and hassle-free. Simply drop off or mail your device to us and we will let you know when we have identified the fault and provide you with a full quotation for a repair.
If you accept the quotation, there is no additional charge against the cost of the repair, but if your device cannot be repaired we will simply return your device in the same condition as it arrives to us in, all with no additional or hidden fees.
